Originally from Boston, MA, Jackie is based in Los Angeles and is an actor, writer, and improviser in the comedy world. She is a current member of UCB’s Maude Team “Loveseat” as a sketch performer and an alum of The Groundlings Sunday Company. She wrote, directed and performed her solo character show Jackie Young: Live and A Person, in Los Angeles, Boston and New York City. Her sketch team Loveseat has performed in both Austin and SF Sketch Festivals and can be seen monthly in LA at UCB.
She is also a former Division 1 ice hockey player and U18 World Champion turned comedic actress and writer so if you need her to put on skates or play any sport really, which does come up VERY often in ‘the biz’, she can. When she’s not writing and producing her own sketches for social media or the stage, she is enjoying anything Beyoncé related and probably dancing in her car.
